Orders can be placed in our e-commerce or by email to info@magicmans.net 24h a day and 365 days per year.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays shall be processed on following Monday.

Orders placed on Holydays and weekends shall be processed on next working day.

During holydays time, MagicMans will put on hold the orders till the termination of such period which will be properly announced in advance in our web site.

MagicMans is committed to process orders and deliveries on time, excepting potential delays caused by the forwarding company and/or force majeure reasons.

We operate with MRW for regular deliveries.


Orders can be paid by credit card, VISA or MASTERCARD, and by bank transfer to ES70 0182 0262 9202 0239 5580

MagicMans will issue an invoice for each purchase according to the data filled by the customer in the order form.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: order will be processed after effective installment in MagicMans account. To speed up the process we recommend sending a notice by automatic email from the issuing bank at the payment moment. MagicMans will check incoming installments daily.


Prices in our site are VAT included. Customers from the EU shall specify VAT exemption only in case of having a VIES registration number, which shall be submitted to MagicMans when filling the order form. For customers outside the EU, final price will be VAT excluded.


The taxes of customs and others that could appear according to destiny, will be in charge of the buyer.



National deliveries :
up to 2 kg : 7,50 €
3-5 kg :11€
6-10 kg: 12€.
Orders exceeding 10kg will have an extra charge that will be communicated in advance to the customer.    


Europe and the rest of the world

Delivery expenses depends on the country of destination and weight/volume of the packaged good.  

IMPORTANT : All expenses due for customs clearance shall be covered by the purchaser, not only for international supplies but as well for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In the case of Andorra, customs taxes shall be paid before delivery of the goods. The customer will be informed about such cost.


For orders equal or above 99 €, we will not charge delivery cost .International deliveries, to Canary, Baleares Islands and Ceuta / Melilla are excluded.


Non-EU shipments, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, can generate customs charges for import taxes, tariffs … completely unrelated to MagicMans and that the customer must pay, if requested by the customs authorities , at destination.


Since our ecommerce operates with suppliers and customers all over the world, the formal language for the operating instructions shall be English. However some of them we will make available in Spanish language.

It is specified in the product description the language of the instructions and MagicMans only guarantee that the Spanish version will be delivered only when it so especifed. However, the customer can ask us as many clarifications about the instructions as needed.


MagicMans is not responsible for any potential injuries produced by the article either to the user or to a third party. The use of such articles is responsibility of the magician and we assume a responsible use of such articles and consequently MagicMans is not responsible for such potential casualties and will not attend any customer complaint in this regard.

In case that the delivery had suffer damages during transportation and were visible and evident,  the recipient must communicate in writing the complaint to the freight company or subcontracted companies at the moment of the delivery. If they were not evident at first sight, the recipient will have 7 days to formally communicate the claim, otherwise, freight claims will not be attended.

All electronic articles will be revised before expedition in order to check the quality of the article. Therefore, it might be that the parcel of the article is unsealed or repacked. This will not be a reason for a customer claim.


Being an online store, not all products displayed on our website are in stock. Those who are will be sent within 24 hours, those that do not, their delivery time will be between 5-7 business days.


Due to the nature of the product, we DO NOT admit returned articles unless due to clear and proven product defects and in such case the recipient of the defective article shall  communicate the claim with clear explanations of the defect, and after MagicMans acceptance, present the  related invoice and return the article with the original packaging. MagicMans shall cover the return freight expenses of the article. Such claim must be made within the next 15 days after reception of the article, otherwise the claim will not be attended.

In case of acceptance of the devolution, MagicMans will replace the same article, or in case it is not any longer manufactured, a voucher for the value of the article + freight will be delivered to the customer. In case the customer is not interested in any other of our products in future, the expended amount shall be reimbursed.
